Payment & Delivery

The preferred method of payments for all Mum e Assistant products and services is PayPal. However if you would prefer to make your payment via Direct Deposit please contact us for order and banking details.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment via this method. After placing your order, you will be directed to the PayPal site, where you will be offered the option of paying via your credit card or your PayPal account.

Payments for services will be invoiced and are to be made prior to commencement, with the exception of purchases and bookings for parties and holidays. These charges will be invoiced separately and payments required prior to any purchases made.

No refunds will be given on services. Mum e Assistant offers changes and/or revisions until client is satisfied as part of the service.
Refunds will be made on products if the product does not meet your satisfaction. A return/refund number will be required prior to refund. Please email admin@mumeassistant.com.au .

All deliveries will be made via Australia Post, and will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving order.
If you require your package to be delivered via another method please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
